Welcome!
Hello Everyone!
Welcome to the new Commodore 64 Computer Infobase website/blog! The main purpose of this blog is to provide a place for C= users to communicate and discuss with each other. I personally am new with the Commodore 64 (even though it has been in existence for over 20 years!). I recently became fascinated within the past few months about what an 8-bit home computer in the 80s like the Commodore 64 was capable of doing. After shopping around and doing some research I purchased a Commodore 64 with some programs, a joystick, and the 1541 disk drive. I am already intrigued by current computers and what they can do when manipulated in the right way. Most of my computer background is in programming languages like HTML and JavaScript (and now BASIC!) Just to be honest, the Commodore you see next to the title is not mine. I haven't had the chance to take a photograph of my system yet (however I will soon!). I am currently not able to provide games for download as I do not have the proper equipment for connection of my Commodore 64 to my PC. Any users please feel free to leave comments on any posts or to tell about your own Commodore 64 experience.
